Have been fortunate enough to be to many of the San Pellegrino top 50, this is the best I’ve been to amongst those. Intimate, Scandinavian atmosphere (hygge), friendly Chileno staff, and food that was constantly 9/10 or more over the course of 16 plates. Tastes and flavours that are new to those familiar with only North American/European tastes, this is a must do for foodies in .
For those fortunate enough to have traveled through this country of spectacular sights, Boragó offers an opportunity to take another kind of astounding trip through Chile. And it won't just be your taste buds that are stimulated, because dining here is as much of a delicious adventure for the senses and the soul as any other expedition to Atacama or Patagonia and everywhere in between. As much as Chile will always be with me, so will this incredible dining experience.
Food was great, the wine pairing was excellent too. It is not a place to go if you want an "all you can eat" type of place, which may explain some of the bad reviews here, but if you're in for an interesting flavorful, unique experience, this is the place to go.
